  We have been customers of this particular location for over 5 years. We've noticed food quality and service declining. Last Friday was our final visit. Not only did our meal take over 30 minutes to arrive but my husband's lemon trout looked so bad that the server herself didn't even put it down on the table. This was followed by my veggie platter. I only got as far as my sweet potato, which was not only visibly rotten even from the outside. How anyone in a kitchen can even bake a sweet potato that is rotten is difficult to understand. My husband and I showed our server the rotten sweet potato and asked what they had done to the fish (which looked almost like a piece of rubber and an odd color). In the past, we have spoken to the manager on site but after many, many visits of not having our food cooked as we asked, serving us rotten food takes the cake! Very sad day for this Cracker Barrels. If there is anyway my comment can make it to someone at headquarters, they should send someone to check what is going on. Also, before someone gets seriously I'll from the quality of the food that is being served. Hope my comment is taken seriously as I am not one to write bad reviews.
